Happy Birthday Jeremy!

Happy Birthday to my favorite guy in the world! I love you!

Lots of fun up north!

We went up to Provo last weekend to get away and see family and we sure had a lot of fun! LJ was so good on the way up just playing, talking, and sleeping in her car seat. We were able to go to Clark Planetarium and look around and LJ and her daddy got their picture taken on Mars!

LJ also got to meet two of her cousins: Little Gracie Lee Talbot in Delta and Ethan Cobb in Draper. Little Gracie is just two weeks old and it was crazy to see how big LJ is now. I remembered when she was that little and it was only two months ago :) My, how they grow.

We took some cute pics of LJ just chilling in the hotel bedroom. She loves nothing more than to sit around in her diaper. Her hair was all crazy and she resembled a Who from Whoville ;)

On a more frustrating note, now that LJ has been nursing for about a month she has developed an intense dislike for the bottle. She'll cry and cry and cry and cry..........etc until she finally gets what she really wants. So this makes it hard for me to go anywhere, or leave her with anyone for more than a couple hours because she'll scream bloody murder for the mammary juice.

So ----- if any mothers out there have any good advice, please let me know!

Blessings & Races!

LJ got blessed today! It was a great day! My Mom had kept the little dress I was blessed in and so she was able to get blessed in that - it was so cute! We had lots of family there and Jeremy did such a great job - he gave a very good blessing! She's just getting so big so fast - I can't believe she's already almost 9 weeks. Maybe it's time for another one :) (My uterus says - Not if I have a say in it!)

I also ran the Hurricane 5K on Saturday and I beat my Coral Canyon Run by a whole 9 minutes! And the course was half uphill so I'm quite proud of myself. It will be nice when I can get up to the 10K's. Baby steps, baby steps! I'm getting back into shape though, which is good - I gotta drop this jiggle belly that hangs around like an uninvited guest!

Alyshia ran the half marathon - she was committed! She finished in 2 hrs 3 minutes which was excellent!
