Will It Ever End?

My little child needs to get with the program here! I'm still only dilated to a 2 - I think she's got TiVo in there or something and is just watching reruns of Iron Chef and laughing at me as I strain to do pretty much anything. She better hurry up or else she will be immediately grounded upon exiting the womb. At least chances are she won't be a leap year baby. Let's be honest, no one wants a real birthday only every four years.

Hopefully at my appointment on Monday I will have progressed some (I won't hold my breath though) and maybe if I threaten to stomp on someone with my swollen ogre-sized feet, they just might induce me out of fear of being mauled by a cranky pregnant woman who hasn't slept in 5 days. I'd say the odds are in my favor :)

I think this cartoon sums up how I feel today:

Oh Blogging

I have decided to make my way into the blogosphere. Since we have our new baby coming any day (unless she decides to live her life uterine-bound), it will be nice for friends and relatives who don't live near us to be able to keep up on our uber-exciting lives :)

So a little about us: Jeremy and I have been married for just over 2 years. We bought a nice little house out in Coral Canyon in May and it's been nice to have a bigger place with a decent sized yard for our pups to play in (although they are the laziest dogs I've ever known and would rather sleep all day inside than venture outdoors). Jeremy opened his own internet marketing company here in St. George in 2004 which has been extremely successful - he has 70 employees and three offices - and i'm currently taking a semester off of school to take care of LJ (Lindsay Jo) when, and if, she decides to make her long-awaited appearance. We've been very lucky to be able to do some traveling before our parental lives begin - we visited New Zealand last Christmas and Amsterdam in last September - and Jeremy paid a quick visit to the Philippines as well. Hopefully our traveling days aren't completely over yet :)
